Dear 11th Grade Class,

SPONSOR CANDIDATE MEETING

I first want to let you know that if you or your chosen sponsor did not attend the Sponsor meeting, I have re-scheduled a make up meeting, so that both you and your sponsor has the materials for do the Faith Sharing at home. This meeting is set for SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 28, FROM 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. We encourage you to come with your sponsor to the 9:00 a.m. Mass and just come to the Church hall immediately after for the Sponsor Candidate meeting.

PENANCE SERVICE FOR GRADE SCHOOL, HIGH SCHOOL, SPONSORS AND PARISHIONERS.

A reminder that we will have our Lenten Penance Service on Sunday, February 28 at 5:00 p.m. Sponsors are encouraged to attend the Penance Service with their Candidate.

CONFIRMATION RETREAT

Our Confirmation Retreat is se for Saturday, March 20 from 8:30 – 2:30 p.m. Please remember to clear you work schedules etc. to have this time free. The confirmation retreat I designated as a must before receiving the sacrament of Confirmation. Please mark your calendars. A bus for transportation will be provided.

READ YOUR BOOK – Rediscovering Jesus

Since we have missed so many classes, I continue to remind you to read the book Rediscovering Jesus, which I gave you at the January 17th Class. If you did not receive your book yet, please contact me and I will make arrangement to get it to you.

CLASS WORK

If you have missed several sessions of Religious Education, please remember that I prepared folders for you to do your classes at home. They were left in the vestibule of the Church. If you did not yet pick yours up, please do so as soon as possible so that you can keep up with your classes.
